tonight, during my usual watching of adult swim, i've been watching this new show called the "boondocks" that offers an insightful and hilarious perspective of racial social commentary. i highly recommend checking it out, & if you're intolerant of cruel parody, go to hell! kthnx. :)

god damn my neck has been pulsating all day. i've had migraines up the ass with a twist for the past few days. stress, tension, aggrivation, bright lights; who knows. but the soreness has been travelling up the back of my neck, extending even to my hair follicles. i've been rubbing at my entire scalp for hours but it throbs even within my eye sockets. gah, how fucking annoying. i need to calm down, take a fucking yoga class or something.

tomorrow morning i'm instantly hitting the shower as soon as i jump out of bed, because i've been a fountain of fucking PMS.
